Every holiday season I make enchiladas for my favorite people in San Francisco, but this year that wasn’t in the cards. I was absolutely stuck on baking cookies (and baking cookies I did!)… Eight-point-five dozens later I had enough oatmeal chocolate chip cookies for Santa, his elves, & all of the super special people I know!
Here’s the recipe from What Megan’s Making. I skipped the icing and added a bunch of chocolate chips, BUT this is a great standard recipe for making oatmeal cookies and then adding your own favorite things!
